About the project

A school-partnership answer to the climate crisis

The Climate Challenge Adventure (CCA) is an Erasmus+ KA220-SCH partnership across Iceland, Germany, Spain, Türkiye and Denmark — building interactive, gamified climate education for secondary-school students.

Objectives

What we set out to do

Raise widespread awareness of sustainability and climate change in education.

Equip teachers and students with innovative, effective and hands-on approaches.

Produce multidimensional, multilingual training materials for diverse ages and levels.

Build a permanent, openly accessible digital resource as the project's lasting legacy.

Foster an international community of educators, students and civil-society actors.

Why it matters

Why it matters

Climate change is the defining challenge of this generation — and schools are on the front line. The CCA project brings together classrooms, museums and educators to prove that creativity, technology and gamification make climate learning stick, so students grow up as informed, active and responsible citizens with solution-oriented mindsets.
