TPM1 — Project Kick-off Meeting

The opening transnational meeting brought all six partners together in Iceland to launch the two-year project, align on its objectives and set the ground rules for working together.

Highlights

  • Shared understanding of project aims, target groups and expected results across all partners
  • Confirmed work-package responsibilities and each partner’s role
  • Agreed the quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation plan
  • Locked in the timeline, budget management and internal communication channels

Delivered beyond the plan

Extra work carried out on top of the original application-form scope.

  • An additional coordination meeting (TPM1.5) was held on top of the five planned TPMs to keep partners aligned once the first mobility was in flight.
