TPM5 — Project Closing: Sustainable Impact and Steps to the Future

The closing coordinators’ meeting brought all six partners together at the Gróska innovation hub in Reykjavík. Run as a decision-oriented working day rather than a series of presentations, it confirmed the delivery of WP2–WP4 against the approved application, locked the remaining WP5 dissemination and multiplier-event work, reviewed the new CCA platform live, and agreed how the project’s results will stay available after the funding period. TPM5 closed the meeting cycle; project implementation continues until 31 October 2026.
Consolidated evaluation confirming that the principal WP2–WP4 activities and results have been implemented
Status check of the WP5 multiplier events against the 225-participant target (local, foreign and virtual)
Live partner review of the new CCA web & mobile platform, with every fix assigned an owner
Final-reporting walkthrough: remaining evidence, responsibilities and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform
Legacy agreement: platform kept online for five years, with continued use of the materials in partner schools

Measured outcomes
Partnership confirmed that the principal WP2–WP4 activities and results have been implemented; the few remaining documentation items were logged with an owner
All multiplier events scheduled for completion by 1 October 2026; the Danish multiplier event had already reached around 500 participants
A social media campaign promoting the platform, coordinated by the Icelandic Seal Centre with a marketing agency, to extend the project’s reach beyond 1,000 people
Platform readiness actions agreed: Education section reviewed, missing materials uploaded, unrelated items removed and the partner count corrected to five countries
Sustainability secured: the CCA platform stays active for five years, maintained by Özel Balıkesir Bilnet Ortaokulu, with every partner able to act as an admin
